The Pakistan Post issue a commemorative postage stamp of Rs 8/- to mark the 100th birthday celebrations of the spritual leader of the Daoudi bohra Syedna Burhanuddin .Although he lives in Mumbai he has a large number of following in the trade and business coummunity of Karachi.Locals and visitors visit the most famous shopping area of Karachi The Bohri Bazar in the centre of Saddar in karachi for all household items.The Chat and nimco snacks of Bohri bazar are also very famous .The Tahiri mosque in saddar is the center of religious and social activities of the Bohri coummunity.
