Party position after senate election on 54 vacant seats

In the totalitarian rule of President Asif Ali Zardari and the A-team of Party heads like  shariefs,chaudary brothers,Altaf hussain ,wali,fazlur rehman,munawer and others the honorable elected senators may not have any significant power and authority both in the legislation and administration of justice .
Some senators have also been elected unopposed after deals so the mandate of the people has very little say in such cases.In my opinion the senate seats have been won like free Cineplex tickets. So its not just me their parties would be expecting very little from them .Let's hope they enjoy the show sit back and relax in the order of their liking...
